Event Coverage ~ El Concilio 3rd Annual Car Show ~ Ventura

Saturday after our photo shoots Stephanie & I drove up the coast to Ventura California. We were spending the night in Ventura so we could be rested and up early for the third annual El Concilio Car Show at the Ventura Fairgrounds. Ralph Durazo always, always takes care of us and he is a great friend.  We had dinner with Ralph and his wife Xilomen after he finished up at move in for the show and then called it a night so we could be rested for Sunday. We were up early and out of the door and on the fairground pretty early. It was a good thing because the show got packed very quick and it was getting harder and harder to get clean shots of the cars. Let’s start off with some of our indoor shots.

Here’s some from the outside areas.

We’ll be back again next year for the 4th annual!

  1. Jae,

As usual, your car photography is second to none. As one of the organizers of EL Concilio Car Show (Ralph Durazo being the other half)
I am honored to have you cover the car show from the 805 for the third straight year. The quality, colors, and angles of the shots you take are amazing. Your images not only capture the cars but how you use the backgrounds to complement the photo setting are awesome. I say this with no hesitation as a photographer for 37 years. Looking forward to continued working with you again and again. — Jess Gutierrez
